Sprouts is one of the fastest growing specialty retailers of fresh, natural and organic food in the United States. It employs about 31,000 people and operates more than 380 stores in 23 states.

Sprouts Farmers Market, an organic grocery store chain, is opening a new location in the Mueller neighborhood, making it the fourth location in Austin.

The new store will open at 1201 Barbara Jordan Blvd. on Sept. 22. The Sprouts Farmers Market company began in 2002 and marketed healthy living at a lower price. Today, Sprouts has over 380 stores including 49 in Texas, according to their website.

The company has announced hiring events for the new location that will take place on Aug. 8-9. The company is hiring various positions such as manager and assistant positions, cashiers and deli clerks.
