St. Amant, North DeSoto among top seeds as LHSAA releases 2023 softball brackets

St. Amant, North DeSoto, St. Thomas More and Buckeye were among top seeds in the 2023 Louisiana High School Athletic Association softball brackets that were released Thursday afternoon.

Competition will begin this week across Louisiana in 10 divisions with the state tournament culminating on April 28-29 in Sulphur.

Also earning No. 1 seeds were Sterlington, LaSalle and Holden in Non-Select, along with Calvary, Catholic-Point Coupee and Claiborne Christian in Select.
