St. Augustine Country Festival & Craft Beer Fest takes place this weekend at Francis Field

The St. Augustine Country Festival & Craft Beer Fest will feature live music and 50-plus craft beer brands, fine wines and spirits, along with vendors, food trucks and a kids' zone. The event takes place from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, July 16, at Francis Field, 25 West Castillo Drive, in downtown St. Augustine, next to the parking garage.

“Our goal is to have a lot of fun, offer an extensive variety of beer along with great food,” said Mario Pi, president of Festival and Event Inc., the event organizer. “There is nothing like it in northeast Florida.”

Live music and entertainment begins at 12:15 p.m. with local band The Bridge Street Vibe, followed by Wild Connection, author Anthony Edwards, Terry Cassidy, Headin’ Home Bluegrass, The Bourbon Brothers and headliner Billy Lord. See the schedule at staugustinecountryfest.com.

The Craft Beer Festival is an event within the St. Augustine Country Festival that runs from 4 to 8 p.m. and features craft beers from throughout Florida, the United States and beyond. Varieties include Ancient City Brewing from St. Augustine; Cigar City Brewery and Coppertail Brewery, both from Tampa; First Magnitude Brewing Company from Gainesville; Bold City Brewery, Veterans United Craft Brewery and Intuition Ale Works, all from Jacksonville; Dogfish Head Brewery in Delaware; Sweetwater Brewery in Atlanta; and many others from around the country. Admission to the St. Augustine Country Fest is $10 for adults, and $5 for children ages 3-12. Tickets can be purchased online at staugustinecountryfest.com or at the gate.

The Craft Beer Festival offers two types of tickets, available at the gate or in advance on eventbrite at bit.ly/3c8boIR:

  • $79 VIP all-included offer unlimited samples of craft beer, wine and spirits, plus food.

  • $29 Beverage-only is the same as VIP but with food for purchase.

Both tickets also gain entry into Country Festival.
