St. Johns County traffic alert: I-95 roadwork requires overnight lane closures

Expect traffic delays in St. Johns County this week. Here is a list of Florida Department of Transportation road projects scheduled through Dec. 3.

The project to resurface Interstate 95 from Flagler County to just south of State Road 207 is underway and requires more overnight lane closures.

Lanes from State Road 207 to the Flagler County line will close overnight from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Thursday for the road work. Lanes at State Road 206 and U.S. 1 will close overnight from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Thursday for road work.

Hubbard Construction was awarded this $22.58 million project in February 2020. Work is expected to be complete in fall 2022.

Other projects
