St. Rita's School for the Deaf Graduate Gives Back to School He Credits for PGA Tour Success

Professional golfer Kevin Hall said the support he received as a student St. Rita School for the Deaf in Evendale was exactly what he needed to succeed on the golf course and in life. "They recognized my abilities,” he said. “They tried to encourage me and they gave me everything I needed here and I just soared in trying to reach my dreams.” Hall, who is deaf, won a national championship at age 13 and found major success in college and beyond. He wanted to help more St. Rita students realize their dreams, and that’s what led him to headline Saturday’s Dream Maker Scholarship Benefit. "That is extremely important,” he said “In my life and personally I was given many opportunities by other people. St. Rita's does the same for the kids here. We try to raise as much money as possible, so the kids here have all the chances and opportunities they need to be successful."
