Phoenix police say they have detained a suspect accused of barricading himself inside a business after stabbing a man.
Reports say the man was inside Kem Krest, an automotive accessories facility, at the 7170 block of West Sherman St., for more than two hours.
The victim received several "serious stab wounds" and is being treated at the hospital. His condition is unknown, but he is expected to survive, police said.
Officers previously said they responded to a call about a subject with a knife at an office building on 71st Avenue and Sherman Street and found a man with a stab wound there.
