Stagecoach definitely doesn't attract the same kind of crowd as Coachella, but there were still a fair share of notables at this year's country music festival.
The biggest trend was reality stars, especially those from "The Bachelor" franchise, who showed up in droves — ironically three years after several of them got caught up in a heavily reported love triangle here on the Empire Polo Field grounds (with one of this year's performers, no less).
Here are a few of the celebrities we saw both in person and on Instagram at the festival:
The "Selling Sunset" squad
Jason Oppenheim, owner of West Hollywood-based real estate agency The Oppenheim Group and star of the Netflix reality series "Selling Sunset," posted an Instagram photo Saturday alongside fellow "Selling Sunset" personalities Tarek El Moussa, Heather Rae Young, Amanza Smith, Mary Fitzgerald and Romain Bonnet with the caption "Our first rodeo! #stagecoach." He also posted a solo pic of himself wearing a cowboy hat and denim shirt the day before, which garnered ... a lot of female attention in the comment section.
Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky
"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kyle Richards and her husband, Mauricio Umansky — founder and CEO of billion-dollar brokerage The Agency — posted a loving photo of themselves walking through the Empire Polo Club grounds Saturday. The Beverly Hills-based couple are no strangers to the desert, particularly because they own a home in La Quinta and Umansky has an office in Palm Desert. Richards also opened a clothing boutique, Kyle X Shahida, near her husband's office on El Paseo last year.
Former "The Bachelorette" and "Bachelor in Paradise" personality-turned-DJ Blake Horstmann is scheduled to DJ at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Honkytonk, but he arrived in the Coachella Valley Thursday with several of his close friends from what fans of "The Bachelor" call "Bachelor Nation." Horstmann's shirt was particularly notable, poking fun at the fact that he was at the center of the infamous Stagecoach love triangle in 2019 that found its way into the conversation on that summer's season of "Bachelor in Paradise."
Abigail Heringer and Noah Erb
Abigail Heringer was a contestant on the 25th season of "The Bachelor," aka Matt James' season, and she went on to be a contestant on "Bachelor in Paradise," where she met her current boyfriend, Noah Erb. The Salem, Oregon native was the first openly hearing-impaired contestant on "The Bachelor" franchise, which gained a lot of attention during the already record-breaking-ly diverse "Bachelor" season. She is staying in the same Coachella Valley rental house — VenueTen in Bermuda Dunes — as Horstmann and several others from Bachelor Nation. Not surprisingly, Erb (from Tayshia Adams' season of "The Bachelorette") accompanied his girlfriend of nine months to the festival.
Aforementioned Horstmann's rumored girlfriend, Giannina Gibelli of Netflix's "Love Is Blind," said in a Coachella Instagram post that Stagecoach was "next" for her, and on Thursday, videos on her Instagram story showed that she was clearly in the desert and staying at the same rental home as her supposed beau. Later, on Saturday, she was also spotted dancing onstage in a firetruck-red jumsuit during Horstmann's evening DJ set in the Honkytonk.
Thomas Jacobs (but no Becca Kufrin)
Despite his lack of posts, one of Heringer's Instagram story videos from the weekend showed Bachelor Nation's Thomas Jacobs (from the 17th season, aka Katie Thurston's season, of "The Bachelorette" as well as "Bachelor in Paradise") shotgunning beers with Erb and Hortsmann beside their rental pool. Sadly, Jacobs' girfriend, former "The Bachelorette" lead Becca Kufrin, was not in attendance because she's on the road hosting "The Bachelor Live On Stage."
Chris Conran and Alana Milne
Chris Conran, who was also on Tayshia Adams' season of "The Bachelorette," joined Heringer, Erb, Jacobs, Horstmann, etc. for Stagecoach, which was shown in a cute video on Heringer's Instagram of him and Jacobs creeping into Erb's room to jump in his bed and wake him up. Conran's girfriend, Alana Milne from Matt James' season of "The Bachelor," was also at the festival, and she made sure to post several couple-y photos with her beau.
In an unexpected twist Friday night, headliner Thomas Rhett brought out actor Ashton Kutcher as a special guest to sing Garth Brooks' iconic "Friends in Low Places." Kutcher came out wearing a "Support Your Local Farmer" T-shirt, bandana and, of course, a cowboy hat.
Former contestant on Peter Weber's season of "The Bachelor" and former "Bachelorette" herself Hannah Brown posted Instagram photos from Day 1 of Stagecoach 2022, jokingly referencing her Alabama roots as she posed in various spots on the Empire Polo Club grounds with friend Nora DeKeyser. Brown was also front row for Thomas Rhett's headlining set, so she got an up-close video of Ashton Kutcher's surprise appearance during "Friends in Low Places."
Becca Tilley and JoJo Fletcher
Becca Tilley from Chris Soules' season of "The Bachelor" and JoJo Fletcher, a former lead on "The Bachelorette," posed together for a post on Tilley's Instagram Friday, revealing Tilley was accompanying Fletcher for her first time at Stagecoach. The caption also joked about who would complain the most about their feet hurting, which was a funny foreshadow to her Saturday Instagram story where Tilley filmed Fletcher walking around a Coachella Valley DSW store searching for shoes that would be easier on her feet than her fringed boots.
The former contestant on Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s season of "The Bachelor" as well as former "Bachelor in Paradise" contestant posted a photo with non-Bachelor Nation boyfriend Mitch Sage Saturday, showing the two decked out in their Western (and patriotic) best. A shot far into the photo dump showed the couple sharing a smooch at the Bud Light Seltzer Sessions stage, with Long's feet up on a stool, showing off her killer red cowboy boots.
Former contestant on Ben Higgins' season of "The Bachelor" Amanda Stanton resides in Newport Beach, so it was an easy road trip to the desert Friday for the mom of two. According to her Instagram story, Stanton took her daughter, Kinsley, and fiancée Michael Fogel to Stagecoach for their first time, and Kins was all smiles in a pink cowgirl hat, bandana and denim getup.
More "Bachelor" pals
Former "The Bachelorette" lead Katie Thurston also attended the festival, as well as Mikey Planeta from her season, Justin Glaze from her season, former "The Bachelor" lead Colton Underwood and Elyse Dehlbom from Underwood's season — among likely even more names that we're missing because, as previously mentioned, Stagecoach is chock-full of these C-list celebs and it's hard to keep track.
"Twilight" star Taylor Lautner surprised Late Night in the Palomino guests Friday night during trap-country artist Breland's performance when he did a roundoff onto the stage, caught a beer that was thrown to him by someone offstage, and shotgunned it like a champion. Honeslty, there's not much else to be said other than it was super random and super epic.
Lana Del Rey
Lana Del Rey surprised festivalgoers Sunday in the Nikki Lane's Stage Stop Marketplace when she hopped onstage with the market's namesake to perform on the Horseshoe Stage.
