In a move that will allow its employees to "bring their whole selves to work," Starbucks is now letting its employees wear facial piercings. In response, a whole lot of baristas are rejoicing online following the first refresh of the dress code since 2016.

"Starbucks changed dress code, and I get to wear my septum piercing," Twitter user Ash tweeted on the first day of the new look. "Happy Monday to me."

"I’m so happy I don’t have to tuck my septum at work anymore!" Jenkins wrote, thanking the chain.

"Starbucks baristas commenting on the recent dress code policy change and how they can now have one facial piercing," Robert added. “'It’s about time!' Much rejoicing here. This crew is hard working and seem to enjoy one another."

The news, which first broke after Business Insider obtained internal document from Starbucks, was confirmed Thursday to Fox News.

“We believe the Starbucks experience is best delivered when partners can bring their whole selves to work,” a spokesperson told the cable network: “Based on partner feedback, we have simplified our resources and approach to dress code to provide more clarity and make it easier for partners to select their wardrobe for work.”

However, according the document viewed by Business Insider, Ash and Jenkins may not actually be able to wear septum piercings. While the changes allow for one facial piercing, it can reportedly be "no larger than the size of a dime."

The coffee chain formerly allowed for only "a small nose stud," explicitly declaring no septum piercings or rings. "No other pierced jewelry or body adornments are allowed, including tongue studs," the previous Starbucks Dress Code Lookbook read.

Starbucks announced plans this week to host a buy-one-get-one free deal on all handcrafted drinks every Thursday throughout December. The coffee giant also recently brought back its annual Starbucks for Life holiday contest, which prompted mega-fans to absolutely lose their cool on Twitter.

And the promotions don't end there: The first 50 people who can correctly guess Starbucks' new flavor of coffee creamer on Twitter will get to try it before everyone else.
