StarMed Reopens COVID Testing, Vaccinations As Ice Melts

CHARLOTTE, NC — StarMed's COVID testing, vaccinations and antibody infusions are set to resume Tuesday, according to the clinic chain responsible for the bulk of rapid testing in the Charlotte region.

"Patients who need COVID-19 testing, vaccinations or antibody treatment should visit starmed.care to find out the status of the nearest location (click the service button, enter zip). Some locations will have limited hours today because of continuing icy road issues," StarMed released in a statement.

Once on the website, you can select the service you need and see your results.

StarMed sites have conducted the majority of rapid COVID tests in the Charlotte region, but they are not your only options for COVID testing.

Novant and Atrium Health also have appointment-based testing, just one more local option that keeps people out of strained ERs.
