Start early with learning the ABC's of faith | Lequita Sharrock
During a recent visit with my infant grandson, I sang various nursery songs to him for soothing and educational purposes.
As I basked in the glow in his adorable face, it reminded me of how our God tenderly watches over us.
The Lord meets us where we are. He uses methods we can understand to keep us focused on his faithfulness and love. This could be through music, scriptures, movie references or interactions with people.
We all grew up knowing the melody of the ABC song. It’s equally important to be familiar with the spiritual ABCs.
In good times or bad, call on the name of Jesus. While shouting his name, study the word and sing aloud your scriptural ABCs.
