The state election is Nov. 8 — here's where to cast your ballots in Greater Fall River

Voting in the state election will take place from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8, at numerous polling stations around Greater Fall River.

On the ballot will be the following: Representative in Congress, Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, State Treasurer, State Auditor, Governor's Council, State Senator, State Representative, District Attorney, Sheriff, County Commissioner (only in certain counties), statewide ballot questions.

Voters are encouraged to review the candidates and questions prior to arriving at the polls by visiting https://www.sec.state.ma.us/ele/eleupcomingelections/upcoming-elections.htm.

Fall River

Ward 1

A & C - Alfred Letourneau School, 323 Anthony St.; B - Edward F. Doolan Apts, corner of Laurel Street and Mitchell Drive.

Ward 2

A & B - Blessed Trinity Church, 1340 Plymouth Ave. (entrance on Winthrop Street); C Candeias Niagara Fire Station, corner of Plymouth Avenue and Warren Street.

Ward 3

A - Mitchell Apartments, 2100 South Main St.; B - Carlton M. Viveiros School, 200 Lewis St.; C - Matthew J. Kuss Middle School, entrance on Shaw Street.

Ward 4

A - Frank B. Oliveira Apts., 170 William St.; B - James A. O'Brien Apts., Morgan and Second streets; C - The Atrium at the Government Center, entrance on Sullivan Drive.

Ward 5

A - Candeias Niagara Fire Station, corner of Plymouth Avenue and Warren Street; B - Chor Bishop Eid Apts., 33 Quequechan Street; C - Mary L. Fonseca School, 160 Wall St.

All three precincts vote at the Freetown Elementary School, 43 Bullock Road, East Freetown.

Somerset

All precincts vote at Somerset Berkley Regional High School, Student Dining Hall, 625 County St., Somerset.

Swansea

All precincts vote at Joseph Case High School, 70 School St., Swansea.

Westport

Precinct A - Our Lady Of Grace Hall, 569 Sanford Road; Precinct B - Town Hall Annex, 856 Main Road; Precinct C - Alice A Macomber School, 154 Gifford Road; Precinct D -Briggs Road Fire Station, 85 Briggs Road; Precinct E - Former Westport High School, 19 Main Road.
