All-State football selections made for most classes: Here are Section V's honorees
The New York State Sportswriters Association released its 2022 All-State football teams for Classes B, C, D and 8-man on Wednesday.
Highlighting the honorees for Section V are Ja’Vin McFollins of Batavia, the 2022 Democrat and Chronicle All-Greater Rochester Player of the Year, and Jayden Ferrell of Monroe, both selected to the first team on defense in Class B.
Attica linebackers Case Hill and Clayton Bezon were named to the Class C first team defense as well and Manny Sepulveda of East Rochester/Gananda joins them on the first team as a defensive back.
