State Highway 146 closed in Livingston after water line causes pavement failure
LIVINGSTON, Texas (KETK) – The Texas Department of Public Safety said that State Highway 146 is closed in Livingston causing delays and a detour.

The roadway is closed from East Abbey Street to Garner Street because of a major water line that’s caused the pavement to fail. According to TxDOT, drivers are being redirected onto US-59.
TxDOT said to be prepared for delays and reduced speeds in the area.
