State to move from COVID-19 mass vaccination sites to communities

Mass vaccination sites are no longer drawing big crowds, so the focus will soon shift to mobile vaccination units, more community partnerships and pop-up events. There were no lines, no waiting Tuesday at the mass vaccination site at M&T Bank Stadium in downtown Baltimore.
