State police looking for SUV driver who fled after hitting ambulance garage in Danielson

The Connecticut State Police are seeking information about an SUV that crashed into an ambulance garage in Danielson on Wednesday night and left the scene.

Troopers from Troop D are investigating a crash that occurred after 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday when a white Ford Escape entered the parking lot of K-B Ambulance Corps on Westcott Road in Danielson then reversed and backed into one of the ambulance bay doors. The SUV is seen leaving the scene and heading east on Westcott Road, according to surveillance video.

Police are looking for the driver of the Ford, which should have rear-end damage, state police said.
