State Representative Dr. Jon Santiago Joins Boston Mayor's Race

JOHN SANTIAGO: I came back to Boston to work as an ER doctor, and I'm on the front lines fighting COVID-19. My commitment to service is what compelled me to first run for public office, and every day I wake up ready to serve the people of Boston.

- Breaking news this morning, State Representative, John Santiago, is joining the race to replace Boston Mayor, Marty Walsh, in a campaign video launched overnight. Santiago says he is running for mayor to lead Boston through this crisis to a recovery rooted, he says, in equity and opportunity. Santiago was also an ER doctor at Boston Medical Center, and a captain in the US Army Reserve.
