State-run outdoor fixed testing sites, mobile vaccine clinic in Lebanon closed Monday due to storm

Jan. 17—The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) announced that five COVID-19 fixed testing sites run by the state will be closed on Monday, Jan. 17, due to winter weather forecast to arrive in New Hampshire before dawn.

DHHS also announced the mobile vaccine clinic scheduled in Lebanon on Jan. 17 will not be open, and the mobile vaccine clinic in Newfields, scheduled to run from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., will be open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Given anticipated heavy accumulation in spots, outdoor testing sites in Claremont, Lincoln, Manchester, Nashua and Newington, and the mobile vaccine clinic in Lebanon, will be closed "out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety of staff and patients," DHHS said in a release.

Fixed testing sites are expected to resume normal operations at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 18. Indoor testing locations will be open on Jan. 17 to safely meet residents' testing needs.
