State's 10-day filing period begins, drawing local candidates

Jun. 2—The N.H. Secretary of State's Office released a list Wednesday afternoon for the first day of the state's candidate-filing period, which extends through June 10.

It contains the following filings for offices in Cheshire County:

Republicans

State Senator District 10

Ian Freeman, Keene

County Commissioner District 3

Leo V. Plante, Dublin

Democrats

Sheriff

Eli Rivera, Keene (incumbent)

Register of Deeds

Anna Z. Tilton, Keene (incumbent)

Register of Probate

Shaun Filiault, Keene

County Commissioner District 2

Terry M. Clark, Keene (incumbent)

The state primary is Sept. 13, followed by the general election Nov. 8.
