New steakhouse Knife Steakhouse opens its doors in Plano

There's a brand-new steakhouse in town. Called Knife Steakhouse, the fresh addition is located at 6121 W. Park Blvd. It's the second location for the restaurant, which first opened in Dallas in 2014. As far as steaks are concerned, Knife offers a variety of cuts such as the short rib, an 8 oz. filet Au Poivre or an exotic 240-day dry aged 34 oz. bone-in ribeye. The menu also offers seafood, chicken, pasta and burgers, as well as a strong list of sides. (Click here to view the full menu.) The new addition has made a solid impression thus far, with a 3.5-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp. Tony R., who was the first Yelper to review the new spot on Jan. 7, wrote, "This place knows their meat and how to make their steaks melt in your mouth. I just had their regular bone-in ribeye and it was delicious. Their sides are good portions for two and very good." Yelper Steve P. added, “We've come to love this place. We've been twice and loved it both times. It's not cheap, but they have an interesting menu. Wine is reasonably priced and the sommelier is very helpful. Steaks have been cooked perfectly.” Intrigued? Stop in to try it for yourself.
