Are the Steelers better or worse since the end of the season?

The 2022 NFL season hasn’t been over for two months and the Pittsburgh Steelers have already made many moves. If the season started today there would be four new starters, three on defense and one on offense. Quarterback Kenny Pickett would be the opening-day starter and all those rookies from last season would be a year older.

But is the team better? Is Nate Herbig an improvement over Kevin Dotson at left guard? Can Patrick Peterson replace Cameron Sutton? In addition, the Steelers completely gutted the inside linebacker depth chart and added two veterans, hoping this group would cease being a liability.
