Stefon Diggs scores three touchdowns to beat Eagles

Stefon Diggs was in brilliant form as he recorded the second-highest total yards of his career to bring down the Eagles and take his Vikings side to 4-2.

The wide receiver finished with seven catches from 176 yards and completed three touchdowns, including two from beyond midfield, to stun the Eagles on Sunday.

It was a game that may eventually keep Diggs in Minnesota, with the wide-out consistently linked with a trade away before the upcoming deadline on October 29th.

With quarterback Kirk Cousins coming under fire for lack of deep throwing, it was, and still is, possible that Diggs will be looking elsewhere for a system that suits him. More games like this, however, and there may be no reason to seek pastures new.

After the game Diggs said: "I assumed we were going to continue doing what we've been doing. But with certain plays that were coming up during the week in practice, I sensed something different. I was like, 'Alright, we might be throwing the ball a little bit.”
