“CBS This Morning” anchor Gayle King did a fine job interviewing Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam, but Stephen Colbert had a few things to add.On Monday, the “Late Show” host tagged himself into King’s conversation with the embattled politician. After initially apologizing for the picture, Northam since denied he was in the photo, but admitted he once darkened his face for a Michael Jackson costume.“Today, I am not ready to ask Virginians to grant me forgiveness for my past actions,” Northam had said during a press conference earlier this month, after the photo went viral. “I also do not fully expect that they will immediately believe my account of these events.
