Stephen Colbert mocked Republican Mehmet Oz’s run for senator of Pennsylvania, given the celebrity physician’s “tenuous” links to the state and his reported underperforming in straw polls on the race.
On Friday, “The Late Show” host Colbert unveiled a spoof campaign billboard for the Senate hopeful, who is also known as Dr. Oz.
The comedian then gave Oz a very tough pill to swallow.
