Democrat Stephen Webber, who aims to flip the Missouri Senate Seat held by Republican Caleb Rowden, and currently is running unopposed in the 19th District, which covers Boone County, is championing his fundraising efforts.

Webber announced his campaign in January and officially kicked it off in March.

Rowden cannot run again due to term limits and a redrawing of district maps for the 19th District now only includes Boone County, which tends to support Democratic candidates, instead of both Boone and Republican-leaning Cooper County.
