Stockton's Tree Lighting Ceremony rescheduled for Dec. 8
Stockton's Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony is back on the calendar for Thursday, Dec. 8 after being rained out over the weekend.
The annual tradition will bring live caroling and snowfall — even Santa and Frosty the Snowman are said to be making an appearance — to the Weber Point Events Center, 221 N. Center St. in downtown Stockton.
The event and all activities are free and open to the public. The tree-lighting ceremony will begin at 5:30 p.m. but gates will open at 3 p.m.
