Stop and visit 26 businesses participating in Marion's Winter Walkabout

Uniting under the banner of Downtown Marion Business Owner Collaborative, downtown merchants are working together to create a vibrant town center for residents and guests to enjoy.

At a fall collaborative meeting, Marion Brewing Co. owner Tim Chambers introduced the idea of inviting people to get out and get moving after the holidays, according to a news release. Working collaboratively, members of the group put their heads together, and the Winter Walkabout was born.

“We want to keep the momentum of the holidays going," business owner collaborative Chair Jenny Lust said in the release. "The merchants want to encourage the people of Marion and the surrounding area to visit downtown Marion to see all the great things that are happening here.”

The merchant group invites residents and visitors to discover Marion’s offerings at 26 participating establishments. Participating merchants are:

A Taste of Memphis; Amato's Woodfired Pizza; Ataboy’s; Carroll's Jewelers; Central Barbershop; Curiosity; EDS the Sauce Guys; Finding Center; Harding Harbor; Kin & Kilt; Lulu's Toy Co.; Maddie's on Main; Marcella's Baires; Marion Antiques and Mercantile; Marion Brewing Co.; Max Aiir; Musician's One Stop; Paula's Posh Picks; Ready Up; Remnant Tea & Coffee; Southern Accents; Spruce and Sparrow; Stitch and Skein; Sweada Mae Art Café; Topped Ice Cream & Eatery; and Yummy Treats Candy and More.
