Which stores are open, closed in Louisville on Black Friday 2022?
If waking up early, shaking off your Thanksgiving food coma and dashing from store to store on Black Friday is your time-honored tradition, many shops have announced their hours so you can make the most of your time and plan ahead.
The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass in Simpsonville will open bright (well, it'll still be dark) and early at 6 a.m., followed by Jefferson Mall at 7 a.m., Green Tree Mall in Clarksville, Indiana, at 8 a.m. and Mall St. Matthews and Oxmoor Center at 9 a.m.
Select stores are planning to open even earlier, and many retailers will also stay open later on Black Friday, so named for the day's role in helping retailers end the year profitably, "in the black."
"As for tips for Black Friday and holiday shopping, we encourage shoppers to do their research and to start early," said Stacey Keating, spokeswoman for Jefferson Mall. "Researching deals and in-stock inventory levels at your favorite retailers can also help shoppers stick to their budgets."
