What stores and restaurants are open Memorial Day? Because of COVID-19 fewer businesses than past years
This Memorial Day will bring fewer in-store sales and dining options than past years because of the coronavirus pandemic.
With states in different phases of reopening, what you'll find open Monday will vary greatly depending on where you live. Plus, at some reopened stores, including Best Buy and the Container Store, an appointment is required to shop.
Macy's reopened 80 more stores Friday in time for the holiday weekend, and the company says 80% of its stores are now either fully open or open for curbside pickup only.
Regardless of your ZIP code, Costco Wholesale clubs are closed Monday like they are for other holidays, including New Year's Day, Easter, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Grocery stores, convenience stores open Memorial Day
Most grocery stores are still operating under reduced hours due to COVID-19. Some may also have shorter hours Monday. Additional stores, gas stations and convenience stores also are expected to be open. Check before heading out.
