Storm brings winter back to the northern Prairies

A storm system dumped snow across northeastern Montana, much of North Dakota, northern Minnesota, and throughout Saskatchewan and Manitoba from April 12-13.

- Winter has definitely made a comeback here. And I can prove it. This ball of ice here, it's not hail.
