Storm Chaser Rides Out Hurricane Sally in Flooded Pensacola Parking Garage

More than 500,000 people were without power across Alabama and Florida early on September 17 after Hurricane Sally caused widespread damage and flooding.

The storm made landfall as a Category 2 hurricane with 105 mph winds on September 16, before it was downgraded to a tropical storm.
