Storm Isaias Downs Trees and Cuts Power in Wilmington

Strong winds from Storm Isaias uprooted trees and cut power as it swept through Wilmington, North Carolina. Joel Franco recorded this footage in the late hours of August 3 to the early hours of August 4 and uploaded it to Twitter.

National Weather Service Wilmington reported the storm making landfall as a hurricane near Ocean Isle Beach in North Carolina at around 11.10 pm on August 3.
