Storm Whips Trees in North Carolina

Strong winds whipped trees in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina, on June 20, as the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a severe thunderstorm warning for the area.

The NWS warned the thunderstorms would bring winds of up to 60 miles per hour, as well as hail, to Kill Devil Hills.
