Storms cause power outages across the Concho Valley

SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — Storms across the Concho Valley have caused multiple power outages.

According to the AEP outage map, there are currently 570 residents without electricity in San Angelo. Those impacted are expected to have power restored between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.

AEP reports that crews are working to assess the situation in the areas near Robert Lee, Edith and Miles.

Concho Valley Electric Cooperate took to Facebook to inform residents that crews are being dispatched to impacted areas including Robert Lee, Bronte and the Nasworthy substation.

The CCEC shared that those in Harriet and Veribest do not have power currently due to transmission outages.
