Storms Wreak Havoc on Florida Panhandle

A bout of severe weather caused damage to Florida’s panhandle on Thursday, March 31, video shows.

According to the Panama City News Herald, Washington County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) officials confirmed a tornado touched down in Alford on Thursday, killing two people. The National Weather Service has not confirmed a tornado in the area as of Thursday afternoon.

Homes were damaged and power lines and trees downed by the storm, according to the
WCSO.
