The day will start out nice but rain and storms will move in throughout the day.

There is a 70% chance of rain, with 1 to 2 inches possible.

Daytime highs will be around 90 degrees.

Storms will stay active this holiday weekend.

On Saturday, there will be a 60% chance of rain and on Sunday there will be a 50% chance.

The rip current risk will stay moderate to high all weekend.

In the tropics, Potential Cyclone 2 is better organized. It will move into Nicaragua late Friday.

No storm poses a risk to Florida.
