Stow Players will stage 'The Girl on the Train,' seeks actors for March show
Stow Players' next show will be "The Girl on the Train," directed by Brandi Eaton.
The cast includes Rachel Jacob as Rachel, Arunie Lopez as Anna, Rebekah Mallory as Megan, Robert Webster as DI Gaskill, Adam C. Alderson as Tom, Robbie Ballew as Scott, and Neil Sudhakaran as Dr. Kamal Abdic.

Performances are Feb. 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, and 24 at 7:30 p.m., and Feb. 11 and 18 at 2:30 p.m. This performance contains adult language and situations; those 18 and under will not be admitted without a parent or guardian.
Stow Players also will host auditions for "Four Old Broads" by Leslie Kimbell on Jan. 7 from 6 to 9 p.m. and Jan. 8 from 8 to 10 p.m. at the Heritage Barn, 5238 Young Road in Stow.
Show dates are March 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, and 23 at 7:30 p.m. and March 10 and 17 at 2:30 p.m.
The show will be directed by LeAnn Covey
Auditions will consist of reading from the script. Bring a resume if available to attach to the audition form. A copy of the script is available prior to the audition, per request, in PDF format.
The cast calls for six females and one male. This show is set at Magnolia Place Assisted Living in Petula, Georgia in the early 1990s.
Characters include:
Beatrice Shelton - a former burlesque star with an attitude, senior citizen
Eaddy Mae Clayton - a former nurse and "religious" lady, senior citizen
Imogene Fletcher - the newest resident at Magnolia Place, has some memory issues, senior citizen
Pat Jones - a rude and pushy nurse, 30s-50s
Maude Jenkins - a funeral and soap opera obsessed frump, senior citizen
Sam Smith - retired Elvis impersonator and Casanova, senior citizen
Ruby Sue Bennett - a quiet, romance novel loving nurse, 20s -30s
