Have you ever wondered whether there was a way to blend a horror film, an action comedy and a Christmas movie into one? Probably not. But Violent Night, the latest project to come from Stranger Things star David Harbour is here to make people think a bit differently about what Santa Claus is up to during the holiday season.

The story follows the traditionally cheerful man as he embarks on his yearly trip to deliver presents to a wealthy family. But when a group of mercenaries breaks into the house and takes everyone inside as hostages, it's up to Santa to figure out how to save everyone ... without fully losing the parts that make him Jolly Saint Nick.

Now, you might be wondering how you can watch and stream Violent Night online without leaving your home. Well, here is what you need to know about streaming Violent Night online:

How to watch and stream Violent Night:

Presently, the only place you can watch Violent Night is in the movie theater. But like most films these days, it won't be long until it hits a streamer near you.

As the film is being distributed by Universal Pictures, it's highly likely it will land on the same streamer that other films produced by the media company have. For example, Nope was released in late July and eventually made it to Peacock in November. Should Violent Night follow a similar pattern, it will most likely end up on the streaming site as well.

As far as an official release date for Violent Night on Peacock, nothing has been officially released. But since Nope took more than 100 days between its cinema and streaming release dates, it wouldn't be a surprise if this film had a similar timeframe as well.

When the time does come for Violent Night to be on Peacock, you'll need to get an account to view it. Although there is a free version available, it won't give you access to watch the film. Therefore, you'll need to opt into plans which start at $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year. Once you're all registered, log in and go to the movie page on either the official site or the Peacock app.
