Raya and the Last Dragon stars Kelly Marie-Tran, Awkwafina, Benedict Wong, Daniel Dae Kim, Sandra Oh, Gemma Chan, and more in an action-packed fantasy adventure in the world of Kumandra, a new Southeast Asian-inspired fantastical setting composed of five lands—Fang, Talon, Tail, Spine, and Heart Land—where dragons once roamed. Raya (Kelly Marie-Tran) and her adorable companion Tuk Tuk (Alan Tudyk) set out on a quest to find the last dragon, Sisu (Awkwafina) in order to restore peace to Kumandra and reunite its people. Along the way, Raya picks up a ragtag team of adventurers to assist her on her quest, among them Tong (Benedict Wong), Little Noi (Thalia Tran), and Boun (Isaac Wang).

Directed by Don Hall and Carlos Lopez Estrada, Raya and the Last Dragon will be the 59th Walt Disney Animation Studios film, and will hopefully follow in the footsteps of the 58th Walt Disney Animation Studios film Frozen II and develop into its own franchise.

Raya and the Last Dragon will be initially available through Disney+ Premier Access, which is an additional $29.99 with a Disney+ subscription. You can also opt to order early, and get the movie as soon as it releases on March 5, 2021. The movie will join the regular Disney Plus library after three months on June 4.
