Sep. 19—LIMA — The city of Lima will begin plans to resurface several streets. According to a recent press release, The Shelly Company will start resurfacing the roads on Friday. The release also states the company will post no parking signs 48 hours before beginning construction.

—Central Avenue (between E. Elm Street and E. Kibby Street), Friday

—West Fifth Street (between McClain Road and Union Street), Monday

—Bradfield Drive (between Reese Avenue), Monday

—Hubbard Place (between Reese Avenue and Bradfield Drive), Monday

—Cook Park, Sept. 26 and Sept 27
