'Strictly' reveals full song and dance line-up for quarter-finals

Strictly Come Dancing has released its full line-up of songs and dances for this weekend's quarter-finals.

On Saturday night's live show, the remaining five couples in the BBC One competition will make a bid to move one step closer to lifting the Glitterball Trophy with their quarter-finals routines.

John Whaite and Johannes Radebe, who topped the leaderboard last weekend, will dance a Salsa to We Are Family by Sister Sledge in the hope of finally scoring a perfect 40 points.

Meanwhile, Rhys Stephenson and Nancy Xu are hoping to make a strong comeback from another week in the dance off with an Argentine Tango to In The Air Tonight by Phil Collins.

AJ Odudu and Kai Widdrington, who put in another strong performance last weekend, will be going up against Whaite and Radebe by also dancing a Salsa - theirs to Rhythm Is Gonna Get You/Get On Your Feet by Gloria Estefan.

Dan Walker and Nadiya Bychkova, who have spoken of their delight and amazement at having reached the quarter-finals, will dance a Tango to Santa Maria by Gotan Project.

Completing the line-up are bookies' favourites Rose Ayling-Ellis and Giovanni Pernice, who will perform an American Smooth to This Will Be (An Everlasting Love) by Natalie Cole.

Stephenson and Xu knocked Tilly Ramsay and Nikita Kuzmin out of the competition in last weekend's dance off.

Walker was forced to address abuse from some viewers again this week, who tweeted rude comments about him making it through another week.

The BBC Breakfast presenter responded: "Thank you to everyone who is sending lovely messages & enjoying us having fun on #Strictly and to the few who say… “Just leave” “Aren’t you ashamed?” “You’re a disgrace” “It’s a fix” (which I don’t get) or “Who is voting for them?” IT’S A TV SHOW! See you in the 1/4 finals."
