Exciting news for former Strictly Come Dancing pro dancer Oti Mabuse as she's announced she's expecting her first child.

Mabuse shared her pregnancy joy on her ITV programme Oti Mabuse's Breakfast Show today (August 26), where she was joined by her husband Marius Iepure. The couple have been married since 2014.

"We have a little something for all of you, we've been holding some good news," Mabuse cheekily said live on air, exchanging ecstatic looks with Iepure.

"We're having a baby!" she then said.

Moments after the pair's announcement, a post marking the occasion appeared on Mabuse's Instagram page. In the pictures, the Dancing on Ice judge rocks a pink jumpsuit as she cradles her baby bump and cuddles up to Iepure.

"Our 'yes' year is getting better and better and so is our little family," she shared in the caption.

"We feel finally ready and excited to share our wonderful news. This is new for us, scarier than swimming with sharks, jumping off cliffs or even swinging from bridges but the best news we could have ever asked for," she added.

Mabuse said she can't wait for her family to get bigger and for their pup Leo to have a little human sibling.

"We love our little bundle of joy so much already… and can't wait to see what our future will now look like as family of 3 plus Leo," she wrote.

Her friends and former Strictly colleagues were quick to add their messages of congratulations to the pair.

Strictly pro Karen Hauer wrote: "Congratulations! so happy for you both," while Jowita Przystał wrote: "Omg!!!!!! Yes! Congratulations"

Rylan, clearly in shock at the news, added: "WHAT OMG WHAT."

Oti Mabuse's Breakfast Show airs Saturdays at 8:30am on ITV1 and ITVX.
