Tess Daly has paid loving tribute to her look-alike daughter Phoebe Kay on her 18th birthday.

The Strictly Come Dancing host, 53, couldn’t believe how time had flown as she took to Instagram to mark the special milestone.

The mum-of-two shared a series of pictures of her eldest child, including a throwback of her and her husband Vernon Kay cradling Phoebe as a newborn and a more recent snap where the resemblance between the teen and her famous mum is uncanny.

Alongside the images, Daly wrote: “Where did the time go? Our little Phoebe is 18 today! Wishing you the happiest birthday!

“We are so proud of you and can’t wait to celebrate this milestone with you,” she continued, followed by a red love heart emoji.

Signing off: “Love you to the moon and back.”

Daly’s celebrity friends were quick to flood the comment section with well-wishes, including her Strictly co-host Claudia Winkleman.

“Happy happy happy birthday Phoebe,” she penned, followed by four red love heart emojis.

Some of the Strictly professional dancers also sent their best, with Gorka Marquez and Amy Dowden both writing “Happy birthday!”

Dianne Buswell meanwhile simply commented with three heart-eyes emojis.

“Stunning x,” declared Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden, with actress Anna Friel agreeing: “She is beautiful. Many happy returns. Hope you all have lots of fun celebrating.”

In addition to Phoebe, Daly is also mum to 13-year-old Amber Isabella.

She previously opened about how becoming a mum had changed her life, telling DigitalSpy: “Having children changes everything; it changes your entire perspective about life since from the moment they arrive your new world begins and ends with them, your concern for their welfare is paramount over everything else and your life is scheduled around their needs – but thanks to being instantly and completely besotted by them you wouldn’t have it any other way.”
