Strictly's Gemma Atkinson and Gorka Márquez welcome baby boy

Strictly Come Dancing couple Gemma Atkinson and Gorka Márquez have welcomed a baby boy.
The former Hollyoaks actress announced the new arrival via her Instagram Stories in a sweet joint statement.
"Little man is here!" she wrote, alongside two blue heart emojis. "He arrived safe and sound and he's utterly wonderful."

Gemma and Gorka are already parents to 3-year-old daughter Mia, who Gemma mentioned as being already smitten with her new sibling.
"Mia is already the mother hen we expected her to be," she joked. "We're all home together soaking up this lovely little bubble before Gorks has to leave for Strictly rehearsals next week."
"Thank you for all the lovely well wishes. Our family is complete," she concluded with a four-person family emoji, a dog emoji and a love heart emoji.

Just last week, Gemma gave an update on her pregnancy and revealed she was at the 40-week mark, which is exactly nine months.
"Still standing, still eating cake. Little man still lovely and comfy #40weeks," read the caption, shared alongside a photo of Gemma showing off her baby bump while standing outside a takeaway food counter.
Gorka shared a similar post, counting down to their son's arrival. "Not long until We meet you mini G #babyboy #notlongnow," he wrote.
The Strictly Come Dancing professional posted two photos of the couple, one with him leaning on Gemma's bump and another where he is impatiently looking at his watch.
Gemma and Gorka announced their pregnancy in January this year. The couple met on the set of Strictly Come Dancing in 2017, when Gemma was a contestant, partnered with Aljaž Škorjanec.
The two welcomed their baby girl named Mia in 2019 and announced their engagement in 2021.
Strictly Come Dancing airs on BBC One, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
