Strictly's Gemma Atkinson and Gorka Marquez confirm release date for new reality series

Strictly Come Dancing stars Gemma Atkinson and Gorka Marquez have confirmed the release date for their new reality show.
The pair, who met during the 2017 series of the BBC show, will front Gemma & Gorka: Life Behind The Lens, which follows the couple as they became parents for the second time.
In a post on Instagram, Gemma announced that the show would premiere on August 30 on UKTV channel W, with the update including a photo of her alongside Gorka and their two children.

"Excited to share with you all our brand new show!" she wrote in the caption. "Gemma & Gorka: Life Behind The Lens. Coming to @wtvchannel and @uktvplay on 30th August at 8pm. It's a 3 part series documenting our journey to becoming parents again.
"Welcoming you into our crazy chaotic home life, we've made sure to keep it real and raw and unfiltered! There's no glam squad, no fancy lighting, just us winging it like most parents. We've shared the highs and lows.
"Along the way you'll meet pelvic floor specialists, women's health physios, midwives and doctors all sharing their expertise on vaginal births, C sections and VBACS. We hope you enjoy it! Thank you all so much for the support, it means a lot," she added.

The couple, who are currently engaged, welcomed daughter Mia in 2019, before Gemma gave birth to son Thiago last month.
After her son's birth, Gemma wrote that Mia was "already the mother hen" before saying that their "family is complete".
Upon the announcement of Gemma & Gorka: Life Behind The Lens back in June, Gemma said that the documentary would "[let] people into our lives behind closed doors" and be an "honest look into the journey of a second pregnancy after a previous traumatic birth".
Gemma & Gorka: Life Behind The Lens will premiere on August 30 on W Channel.
Strictly Come Dancing airs on BBC One, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
