Strictly Come Dancing star Nadiya Bychkova has shared a sweet couple of photos with her boyfriend Kai Widdrington on social media.

Nadiya and Kai posted two photos to Instagram. The first was a more formal one and the second was more playful. The caption read: "Instagram vs ➡️ Reality."

The comments were quickly full of adoring fans saying how "beautiful" and "gorgeous" Nadiya and Kai are together. The couple are both professional dancers on Strictly Come Dancing and first began dating in 2022.

This season, Kai and his celebrity partner Angela Rippon finished seventh after they were eliminated in week nine following a dance-off with Bobby Brazier and Dianne Buswell.

Meanwhile, Nadiya features this season but has no celebrity partner. She was partnered with Matt Goss last year and they were the third couple to be eliminated. Nadiya spoke about not receiving a celebrity partner in September.

She explained: "I'm sure you'll understand that I'm disappointed not to be partnered with a celebrity on @bbcstrictly this series. It is an amazing show to be a part of and I'm still so excited for all the group numbers, performing with some of our music acts and much much more."

Meanwhile, Kai recently opened up about being eliminated from the show, saying: "What an amazing 10 weeks with the legend that is @theangelarippon. We promised we'd be "Rippon" up the dance floor and we did.

"Thank you to all the people that supported our journey and a huge thanks to Angela – you never complained once despite the injuries, the brutal training regime and the increasingly complex routines."

He continued: "It was my pleasure and a privilege to dance with you, you taught us all that age really is just a number."

Strictly Come Dancing airs on BBC One, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
