Matt Angell, bowling in the Elks and Friends League, tossed a 300 game on his way to a 747 to top both leaderboards. The women were led by Ryley Cecil’s 223-590.

Fresh off coaching the Rootstown junior varsity bowling team in the 15th Rover Sectional Preview Bowling Tournament, Bryan Boveington demonstrated his own skill on the lanes in the Garden Spot league.

Boveington earned high game honors over Dennis Carden (289) with his own 12-strikes-in-a-row 300 game. Carden did earn the high series, a 759.

Erin Jackson was on fire on the lanes, rolling a 278 high game and putting three games together for an outstanding 802 series.
