It got a bit bumpy for parts of the area Wednesday evening as a strong line of heavy rain and thunderstorms pushed into the area after sunset.

By 10:30 p.m., the National Weather Service in Pittsburgh canceled a Severe Thunderstorm Watch as storms moved east of the region.
