Eighth-graders at a Baltimore City school are using funding from a non-profit to create a sculpture. The Fund for Educational Excellence is a nonprofit organization that provides grants to support Baltimore City schools and their communities. The plot of grass outside Hampden Elementary/Middle School will soon feature art designed and built by students.
