Monday’s Chiefs-Eagles game will be of great interest to many dog owners across the country.
We know this because a study by Rover.com revealed the most popular dog names for 2023. It found the No. 1 trending sports-inspired dog name is Kelce.
On Monday, we’ll get a rematch of the Kelce Bowl (aka Super Bowl LVII). The Chiefs and tight end Travis Kelce will play host to the Eagles (and center Jason Kelce).
In addition to playing for the two best teams in the NFL, the brothers are co-hosts of the wildly popular “New Heights” podcast.
Jason Kelce also was in the running for People Magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive,” while Travis Kelce won People’s “Sexiest Men in Sports” list. And Travis is currently dating Taylor Swift ... but I bet you knew that already.
So it’s no wonder Kelce is popular among dog owners.
I decided to test Rover.com’s findings and see if I could locate photos of dogs named Kelce. It proved to be an easy task. Many dog owners have shared pictures of their beloved furry friends on X (née Twitter).
