Study links sexual harassment to higher assault risk in military

A new study from the RAND Corporation on sexual assault in the military found that troops who worked in units where there's been sexual harassment are more likely to be sexually assaulted.

NORAH O'DONNELL: We're going to get an update now on an issue we've been following closely, sexual assault in the military. A study today by the RAND Corporation draws a straight line between sexual harassment and sexual assault. It says women who worked in military units where there's been sexual harassment are one and 1/2 times more likely to be assaulted. Men are 1.8 times more likely to be assaulted.
